Take a surf lesson at San Diego Surf School, nestled in North Pacific Beach and only minutes away from La Jolla, Mission Beach roller coaster and Pacific Beach Crystal Pier. 2. Spend a day in La Jolla, minutes from San Diego Surf School to enjoy the magnificent scenery and panoramic ocean views. Enjoy a walk to La Jolla Cove and experience the sites of the bright orange iridescent Garibaldi- California state fish. Snorkeling, swimming, or a picnic are a great way to spend the day at the cove. Visitors enjoy the great culinary options to finish up the day with seafood, pubs, or even a great burger and brew. 3. The Gaslamp District provides plenty of shops, eateries, and San Diego culture as you walk through the historical downtown area. Live music, art galleries, specialty shops and Petco Park are just a few of the sites clients and instructors enjoy while in San Diego. 4. Hike the beautiful and pristine Torrey Pines State Reserve. A cliff side state park vegetation refuge filled with beautiful birds, an array of ancient pines, and birds eye view of San Diego. Great for families to enjoy together as well as watch plenty of surfers and daring hang gliders perform their tricks along the coastline. 5. Clients often enjoy hanging out in Pacific Beach after the surf lesson as their is plenty to experience for the day. Rent some bikes at San Diego Surf School and head down the boardwalk towards Mission Beach or South Mission Jetty. Stop along the way to grab and ice cream, San Diego’s famous Fish Tacos, or enjoy one of many local brews. Not to mention there is plenty of shopping, surf shops, and beach to enjoy along the ride. Don’t forget to bring your camera! 6. Beach bonfire with friends and family roasting marshmallows and barbequing at one of the beaches in San Diego County, including Coronado Beach, La Jolla Shores, Crown Point, and Mission Beach. 7.
