Big Waves, Big Appetite

Surfer Nutrition

During the Holidays, food is often on the mind. While it is always nice to indulge in a sweet treat from time to time it’s also important to stay healthy especially when paddling out to catch winter waves. In order to achieve optimal performance in the water, make sure you’re eating clean. Here are some of San Diego Surf School’s favorite foods that keep us healthy and energized so we can continue to enjoy doing what we love!

Stay Hydrated!

The most important thing that you should be putting in your body is water. It’s so important to stay hydrated when you’re a surfer because of the amount of energy it takes to be out in the waves.
